Omg I have just put the hugest rib of beef in the oven for dinner....I get the feeling we may be having beef stroganoff...beef sandwiches and all things beefy for the rest of the week!!

if you let me serve burnt salmon and overcooked asparagus then i would have said you should have risked it lol

its ok

got a joint of pork in the oven and tonight D has made the cheese sauce - sounds vaguely odd doesnt it lol

Just got told off for cutting the mould off the cheese for the sauce!!! I am NOT eating mouldy cheese even if it is in a sauce!

I would cut it off too. Infact I'd probably dump the lot if I'm honest. Couldn't bear the thought that it had been mouldy.

I took out the mouldy chunks of grated cheese from two bags sitting at the back of the fridge, and used the rest for my pizza earlier, and am still alive to tell the tale!

Nothing wrong with cutting off a bit of mould off IMHO!

Bearing in mind where and what most of us put in our mouths, I don't think a bit of mouldy cheese will hurt us
