Denise Lewis has a washboard stomach during her competitive days as a Heptathalete  and looked amazing, I saw her interviewed during the 2012 Olympics and she was still stunning, like she hadn't aged a day - exercise keeps the body young x |

Would love to have a figure like Christina Halkiopolous or Laura Prestin. I really need to tighten the reins again in the new year, relaxed a bit too much over Christmas and carrying way too much fat for my liking. |

I'm looking at some of these figure models now and they all look amazing...I especially like those diagonal lines just above their vaginas, the area looks so hard and tense, as though kissing it would be like lighting the taper on a firework for them x |

True. In her sixties my gran was a size 10 with great skin - other than grey hair she looked in her forties! I am VERY grateful for my genes - and the skincare regime she introduced me to at the age of 18! Xx |
