I guess if you have a family, you have to plan.

When we get hungry, we just kinda say 'what do ya fancy ?' , have a root through the fridge n cupboards and see what's in.

If all else, there is a chippy at the end of the road and a pizza shop 5 minutes drive away

When we lived in Pembrokeshire there was a chippy in Dinas that was run by a Mancunian couple, they were the best fish and chips ever!.

. Salmon with brussel sprouts and potatoes. Salmon is one of my favourites . Ifind otheir fish a but tasteless. Also love Chilli Con Carne when I make it myself with fresh ingredient. I always prefer food which I have cooked myself. as I know what the ingredients are .

We got a £25 turkey for a fiver on boxing day so we're having Christmas dinner take two this evening!

Turkey, cranberry & orange stuffing, pigs in blankets, roast potatoes, honey roast parsnips & carrots, brussels sprouts with bacon & reisling, yorkie puds, broccoli & cauliflower and lashings of homemade gravy.

I've barely eaten anything all day in anticipation - am really looking forward to it :D
