"It's shit isn't it! I always have trouble sleeping.
Hope you get some
Really is only thing I will get thees days haha "
Lol
The worse thing is thinking about and dwelling on it. Assures even less sleep. Sex usually helps me too |

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound |
Have a warm bath/shower with lavender. Let your body cool a little and then get into bed without any gadgets and concentrate on your breath. Each breath in should be the same length out. Just listen to your breathing and try not to think of anything else but the breath.
Good luck - I hate my sleepless nights.

Prop the pillows up, headphones on, fave music at comfortable volume; lights off, close your eyes and just enjoy. don't think about anything.
And when you wake up in the morning pick the headphones up off the floor |

Looking at monitors is one of the worst things you can do - the light from it fools your body into thinking it's daytime, so the circadian rhythm gets out of sync.
For me, if I'm having trouble sleeping, a mug of warm milk, a warm bath and a tug usually does the trick. If not, then I've got a good supply of diphenhydramine to provide the final push ^_^ |
