My bad back and knee are getting better, not in nearly as much pain as I was. Its a lovely feeling to wake up almost pain free.

Thank you, on the downside I went to go out and can't get out the front gate as the snow is so high and I'm not up to shoveling snow yet.

Any fit guys want to rescue a damson in distress
