Have you watered down the cordosyl? It should be used very infrequently or it can cause burning on tongue x |

Oh good.. My mate didnt know and thought it was normal! Their tongue looked shredded! Tbh chloroseptic spray is much better and easier to use |

If you use it too often you're likely to get oral thrush. Makes your tongue look furry. I had that problem when I had my tongue pierced... Over used the mouthwash!

That spray tastes nothing like cordosyl.. You need to improve your gag reflex on here haha :p |

Hot ribena with honey
Dequadin (fantastic throat lozenge designed for strep and tonsillitis)
Also paracetamol can help any temps too |

Woke up as always around 5 when partner used to message me on his way to work..and since we split i still do the same..wish this would get easier

Morning all.
For Jules and anyone else with the strep throat can i second the Dequadin suggestion and add Difflam throat spray to the list! It's brilliant for easing the pain and is really easy to use and has a pleasant taste. Years of repeated tonsillitis also taught me to drink hot drinks as hot as you can bear.
Hope you all feel better soon, I would offer huggles but I don't want to catch it!  |

Morning everyone. No snow here, but it's been blowing a hoolie outside all night. Hope everyone feels better from all the sore throats and colds soon. I'm glad I decided against going sales shopping at 5am!
