Well, in a way, yes. The majority of the characters have had standalone films to establish themselves so there will be references to those as it's the Marvel Universe |

I liked iron man most because he's the most likely to be In somewhere like this :D
But iron man 2 and 3 weren't the best so kind of lost the faith :/
Not to mention, iron man 2 was about how everyone had an iron man army.. where were they during the invasion?  |

It's a jolly romp, it's fairly well written and the dialog is pretty good.
Lots of eye candy for the ladies, and tons of stuff blows up. What's not to love. |
