I know we all over done it yesterday when it come to eating, woke up this morning and I'm still feeling full?
Will be skipping breakfast and goin for a walk this morning I think. |

I didn't go too mad yesterday but having been on a really healthy eating and lots of exercise regime for the past 3 months I've woken up feeling horrible this morning! Bloated and yucky.
So it's back in full healthy eating mode today. X |

We only had a later dinner at ours yesterday, about 6pm.
We didn't do the huge dinner this year. Hubby usually cooks enough for 20 lol. But he just cooked enough this year and every plate was emptied rather than mountains left.
A light breakfast is in order as its big dinner day again lol |

Hardly slept all night indigestion and bloat. Feel like I have a hangover and didn't drink.
Dont think it was the dinner yesterday as took it easy. It was the mountain of cheese we ate lastnight. |

I ate lots yesterday lunchtime but managed to keep within(ish) my diet except for quantity. I felt really full for about an hour then after that I didn't feel at all bloated - avoiding carbs seems to help.
And today will involve lots of food again but since I'm in charge of cooking it there's lots of healthy stuff that I can fill up on. |

Haha!! I'm the same. I woke up this morning thinking I need a work out. Can't do it today or tomorrow though! Hopefully Sunday.. Actually I'll get the home barbel out and do some squats and stuff later if I can find room. Better than nothing x |

Mad isn't it, all the anticipation then pig out and can't do it again getting a bit porky, need to get in the gym really.....either that or get pissed again |
