Depends what the definition is for a mans man? It's quite a blanket term like the Laughable Rugby players build!

How about a pretty mans man with an athletic build?

Rugby build caj be athletic if they are wingers or flankers. I think mans man is more beards tattoos and hair. Also attitude. I think pretty boy is tanned, waxed and not as dominant.

My OH is a man's man, there isn't anything feminine about him at all.

But I do like pretty boys, guys in full make up, alternative clothing etc. The 80s were a great time with beautiful men like David Sylvian and Nick Rhodes

Catthorpe

We tend to meet a mans man but recently met a pretty boy and he was just as tough, rough, bad and ready when it came down to it. However, Mrs N always talks about the grizzly one the most so on her behalf best to vote for the mans man, hehe!

Not a pretty boy. No beard,no tattoos. Not muscle bound.

However I can:

Repair electrical gadgets.

Start fires using improvised means.

Build shelters.

Build my own Bow and Arrow then hunt with it.

Cook steak.

Am handy with firearms.

I can read a map, change spark plugs, ride a motorbike, drive a truck.

I can play bass guitar.

I know a multitude of knots and am adept with my hands.

My oral skills come highly recommended. I also have a discerning palate and can tell a decent port from a crap one.

Essential life skills that I believe a man's man should have.

Unfortunately none of this comes across to look at me

In the middle

My ideal man is around 6'2", barrel chested, big arms, well muscled thighs, big hands and just generally well built, and he doesn't have to be pretty, he just needs to have a fun personality and a self assured look about him.

Santa can I have one of these for Christmas please
