Throughout the year I usually have a barrel of homebrewed cider on the go and come Xmas I do a bitter & a lager as well. I always have a ltr of JD & a bottle of Sambuca as well but don't touch spirits otherwise  |

Eggnog is the same as advocaat. It's like a thin custard with (usually) rum in it and a few spices. Made properly with cream it's much more palatable than the bottled stuff.
This Christmas I'm drinking a fizz cocktail made with prosecco and rose hip syrup - it's delish!  |

Oh it tasted very nice but unfortunately it seems my tummy isn't happy about it (can be a bit hit and miss with dairy) so won't be having any more. |
