I have some allotment eggs, and some chilli soda bread for extra crispy toast and some bacon....of course, you know all this so I guess this is just for the 'benefit' of those not in the know..... 
I don't however own baby oil.......yet......I am however tripping over myself to get to the shop and get some!  |

Try some olbas oil, Inhalant Decongestant on a tissue and try breathing that up your nasal passages I find it quite useful. |
