Help!!! Does anyone know of anything herbal or the like that alleviates PMT symptoms?

I rarely get it but when I do it hits hard...such as today when I want to rip peoples limbs off.........with my teeth!!!!

I'm lucky really, Siren doesn't get really bad mood swings when she's on, and she hasn't been on for 6 months now that she's pregnant lol

I have had girlfriends in the past though who suffered with PMT horrendously and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy... well, one of two of them maybe hehe

wait till u start the change FFs, i was as regular as clock work and have been since i started all those many yrs ago, now 3 weeks on 1 week off, or 1 week on 1week off 2 weeks on, 4 weeks off, 4 weeks on..i can handle it and i know it will be over soon according the the Dr. but i feel so sorry for tony if he isnt wearing a bullet proof vest he's hiding behind the sofa.... stella on the edge xxxx

I had that injection, admittedly it was a good few years ago. It did not have a good reputations then and caused me a great deal of problems. I could not recommend it to any one

Best thing for pmt and periods is the mirena coil. Had mine fitted about 7 years ago and not had a period or anything since. Hurts a bit having it fitted and again when you have to have it replaced (one lasts five years)but it is absolutley heaven.

There is believe it or not some pills u can get from your Dr that puts a stop to the dreaded week of no fun, we went to a place in the middle of no where so off i went to the Dr's b4 we flew off and got some, take one a day for the dreaded week and it stays away, stop taking them and its back to normal, i do use them now and then but not often as i think this sort of thing cant be right and must harm u in someway..xxxx

I have the implant it has stopped my periods full stop but I still get the bloody worst PMT ever, I try explaining to Scott I only want to kill him because of PMT but he doesnt understand!! Men eh? Yeah my ex had one and she used to start crying when she saw upsetting things on telly (more so than she normally would I might add, lol). At the time the Dr told her this could be the case. I can't tell you how it will affect PMT though, she wasn't particularly bad sufferer of that. This was just in general, not specifically when it was meant to be her period.

WHen we where at school we said rag week or blob week.

Then i think it was just "time of the month" or wrong week, used to call it the curse sometimes. Have heard of a lot of sayings but never having the painters in. Its quite refined (especially for someone from nottingham) lol

I still can't decide whether god is a man or a woman.

A woman gets PMT and when she's pregnant she can have a really rough time of it, so that would suggest god is a man. But then if god was a woman she'd make sure women get grouchy and irritable even while pregnant so that men dont feel they can have rampant sex on tap for nine months lol
