It's the longest night... I am wondering if I should do something with that.
It is nice to know that the days will become longer and lighter. Somehow late January and February always feels darkest though and then suddenly it's March and the quality of the light changes. |

"the nights get lighter from now but the mornings don't start getting lighter till end of jan all to do with the earth's tilt " .
Not quite it's about the 5th jan but the solstice can come on the 20th 21st 22nd or 23rd depending on factors but the 21st is the most common day.
Personally I love February you get some fantastic clear days and wonderful astronomical twilight's and the coming spring is so noticeable with the 3-4 minutes a day your gaining |
