I look forward to this day every year, I really hate the long dark winter nights. By the end of January we'll see e huge difference.

Because of the shape of the orbit the days lengthen exponentially from the solstice, so by the 25th the day starts lengthening by 30 or 40 seconds and each each day gets longer so by the time you reach the equinox in march your gaining the most at like 4to5 minutes per day, which is why people notice that last week in February so much because that sunset was 15 minutes later than the week before |
