My biggest achievement this year is having lost 3 stone and still going strong. What's yours?

3 stone is a real achievement

For me getting back fit after falling ill for months. It was a reality check...I'll never look down on people starting out...far harder than maintaining fitness.

Opening up to the wife finally after 5 years. It's led to its being on here trying to find people to have fun mainly with her.

My artwork and creative style has come a long way in 2014 and I'm pleased with the things I've achieved, but I still have a long way to go toward realising my ideas to their fullest.

Only had 3 fags in the last 5 days, going cold turkey (no pun). Should be able to change to No Smoker in the New Year

Not an achievement as such. But, it's been a few months now since i started a new job - so, now just to plan and graft for the future really.

Be good if i could get my body back in shape and sculpt it back to how it was and should be. Kind of let myself go, and now i'm feeling it. Is not a good feeling.

My achievement is another marathon, getting rid of and ignoring the 'bad' I had in my life, feeling confident and [occasionally feeling] sexy again, even though I've gained the weight I lost

My biggest achievement is with my diabetes , my Hb1ac was 53, then 55 in July when diagnosed.i felt really down in the dumps at the time. I've cut out the crap, upped my exercise even more, lost just over two stone and still losing. My last bloods 2 weeks ago were 50 and I'm aiming for 48. So no meds yet, as I'm controlling it with diet.

Then to cap it off, going for that secondment last week and getting offered it! So on 12th of Jan I start a new role, big change for 2015 but I'm very excited !

Mine is volunteering to help out at one of the park runs i have run at. Feels as good helping other achieve their personal goals, than when i run myself for mine.
