For guys to do the simplest of all tasks?
I am talking about flushing the toilet and washing their hands.
I was in a motorway services yesterday and 3 cubicles not flushed just yellow piss laying stagnent then whilst washing my hands a guy turned and walked away from the urinal , obviously must of pissed a bit on his hands as he quickly shook his and wiped it on his trousers although he had to walk by the hand basins to exit ,
Its lazy and unhygenic and worse is at work sometimes guy will exit a trap after having a dump and walk straight out yuck anyway seasons greetings |

Trouble is its not just themselves that end up unhygenic, as unless the WC either doesn't have a door or that door swings both ways, the person who did actually wash their hands ends up contaminating their mits as soon as they touch the door handle. |

"Im house trained I put the seat and lid down after flushing."
Oops, should be putting the lid down before flushing, as flushing creates aerosols which spread the contents of the toilet as far as they can. So if the lid is up when the toilet is flushed a fine mist of the wast material will spread all over the near by surfaces, including oneself. |

The handriers invariably don't work and when they do, they spread airborne germs anyway. Its their piss, if they want to wipe it on their trousers then thats up to them. But not flushing? Its just |

Hand washing is an essential part of personal hygene regardless if the handriers work at least they woul or could of washed their hands.
Imagine if they went to shake hands with you after having a pee or passing you some food or something similar its gross |

Some hand driers are not so good, but then again there are some how have no idea how to use them. For instance the building the office is in has AirBlades installed in the WCs. Now these little things do work very well, but they do so by blowing the water down the fingers and off the ends as you remove them from the direr (rather then attempting to evaporate it as per traditional driers). However it always supprises me how many people attempt to rub their mits when using the drier.
In theory there should not be any germs to spread if the user has actually washed their hands, as most soap is antibacterial these days.
Yes, it is their own waste they are smearing over their clothing but then they grab the door handle and the next person ends up with it!

I see it as just piss. Its not going to kill me. People want to live in a sterile bubble, but you can't. I don't care if they prepare my food straight after either.
Tell me, do you ever indulge in oral sex? |

The germs are airborne ones that go into the handriers inlet. |

And they are going to wash their hands anyway? What's the problem? Its like playing with people that you don't know if they go batrback with others. Protect yourself and what's the problem? |

Bloody hell I cant believe people are making a case for not washing hands after visiting toilets Unbelievable!!!
The hand drier bit is irrelevant as you've already washed hands with soap and running water so any air bourne droplets will be clean anyway |

It maybe just piss, but its some strangers piss and I for one don't really want a hundred strangers piss on my hands.
Thinking like that, you may as well go and lick the bloody urinal and taste the rainbow of fruit flavours.... |

No they won't, unless you are in a sterile environment they will never be clean....take a swab and you will soon see what nasties are in 'clean' water
You can't force people to wash theor hands, unless you become a toilet monitor and refuse to let then leave before they do. But then then could walk out of the loos and scratch their arse and it will have all been a waste of time anyway
As with anything in life....look after yourself. You are the only person whose actions you can control. |

I totally freak out by stuff like this I have done too many infection control sessions in my time.
My pet hate is shaking people's hands, it completely freaks me out feeling their sweaty mitts in mine. I carry hand gel every where and I don't touch public toilet doors after I have washed my hands and then again I use my hand gel.
But yep then I'm a swinger and let people touch me all over!! However I prefer to play with people I know, I shower straight after, and I carry wet wipes and hand gel in my play bag so I can wipe my hands whenever I need to.... |

Not all men are like this, Luke is very house trained and flushes and washes his hands, even puts the toilet seat back down afterwards, I detest public toilets so try not to use them unless I'm really desperate! Nothing worse than dirty bogs |

Thank you for the lesson in looking after myself which i manage very well thanks.
But the point of my OP was the fact that guys are so lazy they cant be bothered to wash their hands after doing which does carry a high risk of cross infection.
It may be true that washing does not sterelise completely but it hugely reduces the chance and at least the wet on their hands is not 100% piss.
Health department recommends washing with soap and running water for 2 minutes surely this isnt to much time out of a persons life to be hygenic.
Im sure some of the alternative points raised here are for argumental purposes only as id be really shocked if people really felt strongly for a case of not washing hands, if they are stay well clear of them after anal sex as they would be the ones causing cross infection between ass and fanny just because they cant be bothered to wash |

Lol so true just take note of the names of the guys on this thread who make a case for not washing hands and never go to a party with them particularly if theres nibbles about lol |
