channel 4 modernday freak show that it is, but it's captivating tv.
These guys have basically locked themselves away on a reserve, because the grandad of the family got into an altercation with a copper.
So fast forward 14 years they are still there, like real life clampets. 3 generations of them, the kids have never been off the plantation. No electricity no water basically substance farming and living off the land.
The authorities won't go in cos they have loads of weapons and threaten a blood bath.
Absolutely amazing
I'd heard stories of hillbillies but didn't th they still existed
