My Oh has been pestering me to dive into some of the crimbo food I've been trying to hide , and the bastard has now got his way .
Two boxes of mince pies that I bought at the end of Nov are use by 22nd December. |

Dates on things are just a marketing ploy...if it looks ok and smells ok then it's probably ok. They will last till Christmas no problem. |

I know the best before and use before are two different things , and you did mention probably ....
I'm more cheesed off that my efforts to stop him scoffing them have been defeated .....
