I go on fab during work hours to relieve the boredom. I have my own office so no chance of being caught. I notice a lot of the same regular posters and just wondered if you are in the same boat as me, being naughty or if you work from home, own business, alternative shifts etc |

I'm luckily the same, I have my own office so nobody will catch me.
Can't help myself at work it's much better than boring quotes & paperwork lol |

I run my own company so can go on when I like
But I often work on client sites but I would never risk going on using their network.
To those of you that do I would caution you against it. Using a site like this from a work place network would almost definitely be a violation of any computer/network use policy that they probably have and it's not difficult to track use on an internal network. A little more difficult if you're using a smartphone on an internal Wi-Fi but far from impossible. |

I often look at work, I access using the mobile site, I'd never use my works computer as that gives far too much chance of getting caught out.
We are fortunate that we don't have a policy regarding the use of mobile devices in the office.
As long as we get our work done no one bothers. |

This is why I never log on at work - I work in Education so a complete no no for me. Plus my mobile is connected to the internal Wi-Fi when I'm there, so again will not log in from mobile |

"I am a lone worker and spend about 4 or 5. hours a day on my own. The Forum's provide some relief from the monotony.
I log in my phone though. "

We almost always post from work. It helps relieve the boredom. Most of our time spent on the forums is during work hours. We do enjoy the naughty feeling that accompanies it as well. We would not do it if it interfered with our jobs though. Just wanted to say "us too". |

I log into my phone in downtime at work or if everything's completed, but I make sure my work comes first when I'm there.
I'm no Angel, but when I'm at work I guess I should be working, though the damn Forum is rather addictive |

"Have used it to set up hotel meets when I am working away. Should say 'try'and set up, harder than it ought to be "
I imagine it was would be hard. I am offended if somebody contacts me because they are in the area for one and I know a few that feel the same x |

I come on at work and always get grief for using my phone !
But it never impedes my work and I get my work done as fast as possible to get back on !
Always walking around with a smile on my face so people are just jealous but have no idea which site I'm actually on lol |

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound |
When I work from home I will have Fab open if I don't have particular deadline. If I am working at a client office I would never even consider looking on my phone.
I would also take a dim view of anyone reporting to me spending work time on Facebook, shopping or Fab.

I'm not at work
I would never log on at work, my personal mobile and netbook default to the company wi-fi and I know how easy it is to track usage. I could switch that off and use my internet allowance from my airtime providfer, but to be honest, can't be bothered and I'd get no work done. |

If you can get your work done that quickly then I would wonder about cutting your hours and saving the company some money.
That's the problem with paying salaries based on hours and not tasks.

So would you apply the same regime to yourself? As you stated above, when working at home, you have fab open |

We both enjoy taking time out at work to have a look and see who else may be close by .
And as I work shifts at times I tend to see the same people on regularly during the day .
Which means Mrs does not get so much mail in the evening at times . |

Not explained all that well. Status update location, anyone looking can say hi, chat or maybe more. I only reveal where I am, doen't seem to work anyway but my point was I am at work while doing it. Nope, no clearer!. |

A quick browse on my mobile at lunch time is sufficient.

I absolutely do apply the same regime as I only get paid for the products I produce. If it takes me three hours because I have been messing around or half an hour of dedicated work I get paid the same.
