Have there been a bunch of things that annoyed the hell out of you at work? Whether its with customers or anything else in the workplace, feel free to share your list of things that piss you off at work. |

Ive got one like that who sits next to me, constantly on her phone, always chatting, making drinks etc. Fucking winds me up when I'm working my arse off |

Being forced to do workshops on things like 'unconscious bias'. Listening to people prattle on for 2 hours when the point they are trying to make could be said in 5 minutes. Administration which is supposed to make the job easier taking longer to do then the job itself. |

Customers who say cheap cheap very good price. My reaction is I know a budgie going cheeep cheeep.

Definitely lazy bastards... Currently in a job where I'm chasing my tail like an idiot whilst my two co-"workers" sit around taking for 5 hours out of the 8.
Managers who can't manage. Making mistakes that cost the company tens of thousands of pounds yet nothing happens to them. Whereas if I made a mistake that cost them a fiver I'd get reprimanded.

Lazy shits in higher grades (not my bosses, just higher grade on the team)...They sit around all day doing fuck all, while I do the work of three for a sight less money than they're on...but now been told that in new year when we restructure the team, I've to apply for my own job...1 job where there's now three...but to be told don't worry you're too valuable to lose you'll be staying...so then I got the guilt of knowing that the two other will be out on their ears and that I've suddenly fuck all chance of promotion because I'm the only capable one doing the work in my grade...wtf???? |

Not me personally but my daughter.
After some time job hunting she finally managed gaining employment with a reasonably well known company.
She MUST do unpaid work daily (cashing up) usually an hour.
Is put under pressure if she dares take her lunch break.
Is expected to arrive early after receiving a Text from her manager, if the manager doesn't arrive early to open up, she is left stood outside waiting and doesn't get paid.
Give it a while and this company will be on the news claiming 'British workers will not do the job' as the are fucking lazy!!
I had my duaghter round last night crying with rage at how companies are treating the youth today.
It was of little comfort me telling her to dig in and grind it out as it's money in her pocket.. Grrrr |

Managers that supposedly have greater knowledge and power than you, when you go to them faced with a problem that is (to our Neanderthal brains), intractable. They spout the line " don't come to me with problems, I want yo hear solutions!".
That's management nowadays is it? Passing the buck onto the lower ranks because you can't think your way out of a paper bag and anyway its not your responsibly...."I have got a very important meeting to go to.
