I keep getting messages from gay or bi guys saying they are looking for straight men to play with.
If I said that I am interested....surely by definition that would not make me straight?
Or am I being too black and white in this? |

This discussion and debate gets started about once a week.
Sexuality is fluid, the terms used by people to describe themselves changes too, such as if they're curious, have tried and like or dislike it etc.
It's best to just go by what people describe themselves, as there's no standard training programme that everyone goes through as they grow up that gives us all exactly the same meanings and understandings of the words used.
If you don't want any form of play or romance with same sex, consider that you're straight. Doesn't mean that you'll never get a different perspective on yourself, as it definitely happens with some people. But, now you're straight.
Fabstraight is a progressive definition of sexual orientation that allows for some leeway, where various other things may from time to time occur, that somehow or other involve other individuals that may possibly have some aspect of themselves that wouldn't hold up to absolute scrutiny as a complete definition representing someone of the opposite sex.
Life's as simple or complex as you make it. Know what you want and get out there and make it happen. Even if others may not approve or agree fully with you. Even if tomorrow you decide that you want something different yet again. It doesn't matter. Don't get hung up on rigidity of thought, it's a straight jacket that the human mind wasn't meant to have. |
