"Pulled" anything...just means they couldn't find a carving knife or we're too lazy to slice it...so just used two forks. Tastes just the same. |

Proper pulled pork is far from leftovers. It's slow cooked shoulder of pork with a nicely spiced and seasoned dry rub.I cook it quite often and my kids and guests love it.

Pulled pork is a slow roasted joint usually 14hrs or more so its not leftovers at all, if anyone is doing that its wrong!
Its pretty much like casserole meat or a shank so its tender and melts in then mouth!

I only own two pairs....two of the same pair of magnum boots....they're as comfy as trainers and as good to run or walk in if that's your thing, as smart as 'proper' shoes....I've worn mine to weddings etc, waterproof enough to take glastonbury so dog walking is a breeze, they're warm in winter, cool in summer blah blah....I have two pairs, one for smart, one for knocking about in...I can't see why I'd need more shoes than that. Never felt short of footwear with those bad boys...I can't wear anything else now...only worn mags for ten or twelve years now....that's all, nothing else feels right. |
