Doesn't sound like the job you applied for. Do a bad job of the cooking and they might actually give you something to do related to the job you applied for. |

Try not to worry about it. Have everything written down and just go about it step by step. Ask for help, and if the say anything remind them it's not your job.
Good luck, I'm sure you'll be fine |

At your next supervision demand additional training for the complex dietry needs, explain in detail how the job is stresses you out. And it's not what you had explained in interview . Express how much you enjoy the support and enabling you do but make sure your getting the support you need to carry out your role . |

relax and take it one step at a time - break it down into things you are sure of - you will surprise yourself at how much you can do with confidence - then look at the bits left you are stuck with and ask for help on those- tell whoever is in charge of the kitchen first thing that you havent had much experience of this and im putting money on it that they will be fine with it xxxxx |

you need to talk with your employer without delay and ask for them to explain their Managing Stress in the work place policy, and how you can be protected from this stress resulting in you being injured at work. The Health & Safety executive have clear guidlines on an employers obligation to manage stress in the work pless and how to prevent illness or accidents occuring due to it. pm me if I can help further |
