Why would you hint at kinkyness etc on a conventional date anyway? I assume we're talking early dating stage?
Better to get t know one another much better before bringing that kind of subject matter up.

I don't like 'pervy' guys (as in, the kind of guy who might letch at you at the office christmas party, or catcall you in the street).

why do you think men are any different?..in my experience men are no more kinky than women...they just like to think they are..and surely your likes/dislikes sexually would not be discussed on a first date anyway..why discuss it when you and ,probably the woman too, will not even know whether they want to see each other again yet anyway... |

and surely half the fun of a new relationship is discovering what you both like..even finding new things you never knew you'd like...i'd be massivley put off by someone telling me their innermost sexual desires before ive even decided whether i even like them...had a date a while ago with a guy who immediatly started banging on about big tits...after about 5 minutes it was quite clear i neednt have any further input and he'd have been happy with a couple off balloons tied to my chair while i went off in search of a conversation.. |

The best sex I've had is with men who haven't given me a questionnaire beforehand. No sex talk,just general chat and no expectations. That's from here and online elsewhere so surely it can be the same with dating. |

What do you mean by 'open season'? 
I wouldn't do anything different with a man I met on Fab than I would with anyone I was in a relationship with. To be honest, I'd probably experiment and push more boundaries with a regular partner than with a one off. |

I can see that if someone had specific sexual needs, kink or whatever, that they absolutely had to engage in and couldn't give up, then it would be helpful to be open and find a matching partner.
Otherwise if this is dating and ltr then it seems a bit arse about face.
I'm guessing that most of us would give up a kink, for the right partner, if they had no interest? |
