They did a documentary on channel 5 once and a guy put an intrivenus drip into his sack and filled it with a litre of fluid 
It was not a pretty sight....looked like Boris Johnson head between his legs when it expanded !! |

There was a programme on TV about it where guys pump saline into private parts, couldn't get my head around it, wanting to know why they would do this. |

Think he is talking about the practice of injecting a saline solution into the genitals to make them swell up.
