Lately I have been waking up with toothache. Been living on Ibuprofaen, Paracetamol and anti biotics for a month or so.

Last 3 or 4 years I have had to wake up and have a wee though, Im at that age I think.

My sleep patterns are really crap. Woke up at 2am as I often do, and couldn't get back to sleep. Should have got up to make a cup of tea but it was too cold and I didn't want to get out of bed.

I sleep well until my bladder wakes me up. Unless I've been on the pop then it's trips to the loo every couple of hours A mild case of BPH might be the explanation.... either that or being full of wind and piss

Needing a wee.

Bad dreams.

Cats playing chase in the flat.

Pain.

Neighbours talking loudly.

Heartburn.

Anxiety.

I've been sleeping quite well lately

The bloody tree and log cutting business, across the road... They have recently decided to start cutting wood for some reason!? At 4.00am! Ill be trotting over there in my curlers n slippers, if it carries on! Doubt them listening! But the look may scare them into stopping!!

On my works days I sleep very well. But annoyingly on my days off I wake too early and can't drop back off.

I sleep terribly if I've had a drink.

6 or 7 hours is sufficient usually..

When my daughter was born, I used to wake up scared she had stopped breathing. I used to wake up worried about work. I used to wake up worried about people close to me having died and I wake up these days because of back ache. I go to bed about 10.30pm and get up at 6am but don't sleep well.

I only have 4 to 5 hrs at most.

I have a friend who literally sleeps like the dead. She does not move and seems not to breathe. She does not move 1 iota.

Bloody scary really. I lie there for hours watching her...not a twitch. Apparently once woke to find a friend with a mirror over her mouth

...or if my comment is going to be the last comment in the thread and I've killed it.

...or if someone DOESN'T think I'm at least half fuckable in the "the one above" threads.

...that shit keeps me awake. .

I work Nights too, so my daily sleep is important.

Today has been hell; two flatmates moved out today but could they do it quietly? Oh no!

They woke me up at 1.30pm and I haven't slept since. They are moving themselves using their own car, going just a few miles away. Every half hour or so, they return and the whole sorry saga starts all over again!

Appeals gave failed! I'm wondering whether the judge will take pity on me at my Murder trial?

no matter

I dont sleep at all well usually wake round 2/3am read or pop into fabs to read forums.

I have started taking magnesium not finished the first month yet but not making any difference.

Its a depressive thing. Think sometimes if I could cuddle up to someone I might rest easier. Just general loneliness and being unhappy. I Miss the intimacy of bed sharing that has alot to do with it.

I have had a few problems with my birds of late and this causes me to over think in bed.
