I agree OP. I've met quite a number of Forum posters socially when I've been travelling about. There's one local man I meet up with just for lunch and a chat.

It doesn't have to be just about sex!

Indeed OP. I have a mixture of both.....many of those I have met from here have become friends on one level or another.

My current "best" friend is a lovely young (younger than me lol) lady, local to me. We speak just about every day, see each other several times a week....not usually for sex! Share a caravan, go to the theatre etc.

You can find some very fulfilling friendships here...but still with no strings attached etc.

I meet lots of ladies, couples socially for a cuppa and a chat as it breaks the ice and you get to know each other without both parties feeling obligated to do anything.
