In this weather the fishing option may be worth a thought specially with this weather bomb that hit the country. Personally I would of defused it before it went off but that's just me.

Out of the three, I like a knee high. Fat thighs and skinny ankles make me look all out of proportion with the other two. Although my favourite pair are slightly between mid-calf and knee, which make my legs look longer.
