I reckon if on this site and in your own home 'no' I dont think you are breaking the law.
Sorry to be a wiseass but someone will say it 'if your in the library using their pc then YES, you'll be breaking the law'.

There are several web sites that are set up for this purpose so I would doubt very much if it is a problem, but it would indeed be interesting to know for certain if there are any legal brains on here. |
