"Sunrise? but who saw sun up? and what was that like?"
The sun rises sometimes as almost too bright to look at, a real golden yellow and rises slowly but noticeably. Usually close in the east so it hits them and rays of light spill over the top and the clouds are lit up in pinks and purples. It doesn't last long, some minutes, but is spectacular on occasion. Mostly it's cloudy all over and it just gets brighter. Sunsets tend to be more colourful reds and pinks and oranges due to the pollution. |

Morning has broken like the first morning,
Blackbird has spoken like the first bird.
Praise for the singing,
Praise for the morning,
Praise for them springing fresh from the world.
Sweet the rain's new fall, sunlit from heaven,
Like the first dewfall on the first grass.
Praise for the sweetness of the wet garden,
Sprung in completeness where his feet pass.
Mine is the sunlight,
Mine is the morning,
Born of the one light Eden saw play.
Praise with elation, praise ev'ry morning,
God's recreation of the new day.
Morning has broken...

It was a beautiful sunrise here this morning. Orange and pinks reflecting off the sea.
Its just cloudy now, but nice to see the ships coming in to port. |

Ohh please don't be, theres no need.
Well I reckon I could handle myself vs a dozen 10 year olds, not that you were asking but it was an assumption.
I dont know what would make someone look out the curtain and say for eg 'Edna, pass my phone please, I must take a photo of the sky and send it to the BBC this morning'.
You ever done anything like that?

I wouldn't dare send the BBC ANY photo from my phone: Sausage-Fingers here could get that very, very wrong.
Who's Edna?
Is she hot? |

All depends on the cold weather allowance.
I did enjoy the storm photo's last year with waves getting all ratty and smashing into things.
West Coast Scotland going to be getting some steady waves today, I look forward to those kind of photo's.
I hope this dispells any theory's of me being a complete grumpy twat, Im about 80%.
