I've spoken out with ethical concerns about the fact that most 'professional' tops who are making videos do not pay the male performers.
Any other porn actor gets paid. Female submissives for porn get paid.
If you *do* want to do it and you're not completely out to everyone about swinging and kink, make sure that you are well hooded and that every identifying mark on your body is covered.
I did Escort magazine about 8 years ago and occasionally someone still recognises me - which is pretty creepy. Make sure your tattoo's etc don't give you away. |

Not worried about payment she is like I said a very good friend she has offered to help with my travel costs .
It was more about what peoples thoughts of having content out there in the public domain of themselves was .
Plus if anyone I know finds it the kinky fuckers must been looking for it  |

Film first for your own experience and ownership and then reflect on people you know seeing it. Show it to other friends and see how you all react and maybe share with someone you work with, if your jobs safe.
Once you've had experience of it being out there you'll make a better decision on going public. |

Filmimg S&M in the UK is a really hard one as not many platforms like AW will touch it because its taboo under new laws.
Where years ago a slave could use a safe word its all changed now as the master/mistress has a duty of care not to hurt or inflict pain on the other person.
The new rules in porn were done to stamp out excessive S&M, your friend should expect a visit from the police or council if they are making these types of films.
Tell your friend to look at the BBFC or ATVOD guidelines and stick rigidly to them, not many film producers i know would make films on this subject unless they had good buyers overseas e.g. Europe.
With one death and another almost fatal injury S&M as gone too far for its own good, strict rulings were ordered and its almost destroyed the mainstream porn industry as we have been lumped in with this too.
To sell any footage here Europe or the States you will need to provide photo id and sign a model release, releases relating to S&M activities can't word anything about the subject agreeing to what will happen pain wise.
Its a minefield to go into for your mistress unless she as like i said as good overseas buyer, you as a victim in the eyes of the law you would be doing nothing illegal and the duty of care lies in the hands of the mistress / master.
I'm booked into February with people wanting to make films so when its hard to find people you also know its a subject you will struggle with. |

Contact your local council and say you have a dungeon, they will check it on health and safety and tell you what you can and can't do.

Well actually, it's not. The Spanner Trust helped on that legal front as did Backlash.
'Wikipedia' and 'Google' aren't sources. Especially not wikipedia, which anyone can edit. Imagemaking is my business too, although not commercial pornography. Campaigning for better rights for kinksters also takes up a large amount of my time. |

However much you thnk you are right hurting & inflicting pan is illegal, the people inflicting the pain now have a moral and legal duty of care over the person being tortured/hurt etc.
The safe word no longer counts in a court of law its the person inflicting pain that as to know when a person is in pain, I make films for a living & stay away from this niche and also campaign for the right of adult workers across the board.
Look up UKAP and Sex and Censorship these are 2 of the main active groups campaigning for everybody, these groups have meetings with the BBFC/ATVOD/Government etc.
S & M is not tying to be fazed out but made safer so it only for the good really.
The OP asked about making S & M films which if made correctly e.g. 3 smacks change scene etc, no tying people down, no brutality then yes there are fine to make as long as they go by the BBFC rulings like the rest of us have to. |
