bloody body clock all to pot at the best of times - but saturday night didnt sleep hardly a wink - wanted to sleep all day yesterday but was working off and on - got home gave in and went to bed about 9 30 and now this - plus side is i think i might have had 5 hours plus solid sleep which is rare - think i did that one night last week as well - memory failing me - yup this is all a muddle - try and go back to sleep i think  |
