" try that cold spray you can get from the shops .i used it on mine and it does help .hope it gets better soon |

I'm good at massage? A massage may help in seriousness...failing that try holding the top of a door and hanging off it...It can help |

Same here, last week.....u really need to keep mobile, and do stretches every morning and night time before bed....would take ages to explain the exercises needed . Might be quicker for u to do a search....but stretches are the only way....hope this helps |

Alternate hot and cold against the worst areas.
Take anti inflamatories like paracetamol and ibuprofen (which can be taken in tandem).
Keep moving, walking perhaps swimming and look for stretching exercises.
A massage can help, if you can't get one try using a squash or tennis ball. Put the ball on the floor then position yourself over it so the ball presses into the worst areas. You can roll on it to get the massage effect as well as it releasing pressure points. |
