Jeremy Thorpe has died today. I was sure he'd died years ago.

Has anyone else been caught by surprise at finding someone has died, who you thought had gone ages back?

I didn't realise that I had passed away until I saw my obituary. I am now grieving. I am sure that I will come to terms with my loss soon.
