Today while putting petrol in the car,went to pay and the debit card machine read add 25p to charity (yes/no)never seen this before ,has anyone else came across this ,is it new or been going on for some time? |

I've not seen it personally but there was a big chat about it on my town local FB page a few weeks ago as the lady was concerned there was no mention of what charity and she thought the petrol station was somehow on the fiddle. |

Yeah that is a bit dodgy, I always thought that any charity collections had to be named with the charity number etc. |

This happened in my local sainsburys. The cashier asked if I wanted to round up my bill for charity. I just said no as she didn't have any info on which charity. |
