A friend who knows we are on the swinging and fetish scene sent us this link of all of the sex acts that will be banned. I personally think it's OTT, they have banned female ejaculation and water sports.

I can see why some content from porn might be banned, strangulation and child/teen role play maybe even heavy whipping/spanking + humiliation cause of the visual aspects of violence or paedo aspect but besides that there really is no reason to ban things in porn that the participants agree to engage in

I am assuming it affects the british porn film industry? Well to be honest its no loss its utter garbage anyway.
If it stops BennyHill Dover making his trash Im all for it.
I hope it wont stop all the amateur porn as that is far more arousing.

spanking can be a turn on, I don't find water sports or female ejaculation a turn on though. the only reason I used to like watching fisting and bondage was because I had a boring sex life and I found it amusing more than a turn on.

No its any adult site e.g. modelling, swinging, clubs.
The government are on a crackdown trying to rid the UK sites of adult images / films etc.
We shifted to New York and Boston 3 years back as we all knew of the witch hunts which have started, even swinging sites will have to be credit card entry to stop minors looking in.
People on swinging sites will also have to clothed e.g. no topless, nude etc on their main profile to comply with their crazy new rules.
AW have already started implicating these rules by no having adult images on free section.
Go to " Sex and Censorship " and the sign the petition which as run into the thousands already, Britian will be the first country since China to try and outlaw adult material.
Its being fought in the European courts as its an invasion of our rights but living in a police state we dont stand much chance.
Making porn illegal will be brilliant for us as that was the only time it was an earner for any of us but these laws will bite everyones arse. |

It is still possible for you to be breaking the law by possessing or publishing certain types of obscene images.
This new set of rules isn't about what is legal for you to possess, but what UK companies can make.
If you get a chance to look at the link the OP gave, you'll find it's about the new "Audiovisual Media Services Regulations 2014"
They require that video-on-demand (VoD) online porn now adhere to the same guidelines laid out for DVD sex shop-type porn by the British Board of Film Censors (BBFC).

Under separate UK laws there are obscene materials that it is still illegal to possess or publish - these concerning sex with animals or involving children being obvious examples.
Possess can be interpreted as including stuff in your internet cache that you never clicked on or images in emails sent to you that you've never opened or solicited. Also, encrypting stuff is no cover, because you can end up prosecuted for refusing to provide the password/encryption key.
Cue conversation about the f**cking police state?

Under the law we can still spank but only 3 smacks and then change scene as anymore is classed as torture.
A guy had his ribs pierced by a stiletto shoe recently which had serious effects and another guy wrapped in cling film with straws up his nose died so S & M sites/clubs are also being shut left right and centre.
A women gushing as down been passed as acceptable by ATVOD being on a third party/person is still illegal, solo pissing is allowed still.
Its only the weird fetish stuff being banned and most us main producers stick to normal suck n fuck stuff anyway.
If anyone as an adult site are shooting film / images base yourself abroad before the authorities shut you down. |

Any video clip on any site including non adult will be classed as VOD, a garden centre had to shut recently because they couldn't afford the stealth taxes being implied to UK sites.
A friend of mine who does shabby chic ad been asked to remove hyperlinks to you tube because the site will classed as VOD if she dont. |

There was a piece on Women's Hour (don't ask, I was keeping in touch with that side...) on radio 4 today about this. It had two ladies interviewed who both were feminists. One was strongly pro-female ejaculation, the other vehemently against.

Thanks for trying to clarify this legislation. Although not quite as bad as it sounds it still seems very draconian to me. Presume if the video is made and used for personal use only then anything still goes. Apart from the usual abhorant sick stuff of course. |
