I went almost 2 weeks eating around 400 calories a day (usually a sandwich) just because the actual act of preparing food and chewing it felt like too much of a chore. Yesterday I had a huge craving for Oreos, so I ate 2 packets. Then i started having heart palpitations! Only lasted about 5 minutes but I'm pretty sure it was the sugar overload! If I had looked at the calories I would have had a heart attack!
Today I'm eating normally. Well normally for me anyway
