I'd like to think I'm quite pleasant, erudite and charming when I message people.

But then I thought, am I just being wet.

What's most popular, edgy or charming.

Can I have charming with an edge please?

MAMOBA, miles and miles of bugger all (Aberdeenshire)

Charming works best for me until I know someone a bit better, and then flirty with a naughty edge without being too obscene.

Read the profile.... Then you know how to approach. Word of warning thou don't take advise of me I've still got the bruises to prove that being rude or pushy just gets you a slap.

Polite and charming for sure. Can't stand pushy or crude approaches, especially where profile clearly hasn't been read

Polite and charming without over the top compliments that feel fake .

Something in between. Don't like sickly sweet charmers or rude crude types.

Beyond the expected "everyone's different", I am most responsive to polite but edgy.

Crude gets idnored. Charming can be fine but often come across as a bit needy or faux complimentary. And I take any compliments with a bucket of salt anyway.

Would much rather see that a guy has a sense of humour, a bit of banter and some intelligence.

Truth is I'm more like to respond to "you've got a face like a smacked arse" than "you're so beautiful"!!

But that might just be me?!

Polite with a hint of subtle innuendo work occasionally.

I guess a punch in the face is a response
