I know its awful weirdly unless its a cock I have an awful gag reflex.. I find concentrating on my breathing and focusing on one spot helps and just tell the dentist to do what they have to but not inform you with too many details x

Right update -:

I am all glued back together and I dont have to go back for six months whoooo hoooo - on the downside I am not allowed to eat for three hours and it's coming up to lunchtime !! Plus I never got a "I was good" sticker - but I was good lol
