too many verifications

A few of us were having a conversation tonight about how some members of fab are put off by someone having too many veris! But have those complainants actually read them or known how long a couple/single have been on fab. I think we have over 60 odd which we have displayed. However, the majority are stating they have met us, but not played. And also we have been on the site for over 6 years. No one should judge or be put off by verification numbers, it just shows really that people glance over your profile and nothing else.
My point is, don't judge a book by its cover and not bother to read the bumph  |

unfortunately, even on here, having read posts with the subject headings 'what puts you off profiles' a high percentage say too many veris! which led to the debate tonight x |

Up to them i suppose, i just don't understand it that's all. Some people are attractive to a lot of people and have a high enough sex drive and the time to meet them all.
Some people haven't been verified by all the people they have met though so even veris (and the amount of them) can be misleading. |

Many ( us included) don't show all their veries.. So is all good and well people choosing profiles with the amount of veries they see as ok ... But they may have many more that are not on show so its not always what it seems ... Maybe?   |

Thank goodness all our meets aren't with just fab members who verify us . We like dogging , clubs , parties , well all sorts really .
We closed our last account which reached 209 veri's after 2 years , and each and every one was a play veri as we don't do socials lol !
This time round in 18 months we have 163 play veri's , and we are fully aware that the quality over quantity brigade slate us for it .
Hey ho , we get out 3 times a week and often have up to 6 meets on a good night , which makes us very happy . This phase which has been a couple of months now , will change and we will have a break , or go back to a meet or two a week , because that's what will make us happy .
And that's all that matters to us , doing what makes us happy . In turn , those we meet are also happy - we hide nothing and are here for mutual fun .
The judgemental will judge us , the haters will hate us , but who cares ?
Certainly not us !

A quick glance at mine and some people might think I've got quite a few veris but on closer inspection, most are social and spread over 2 years.

It's all risky. Yes, the probability increases the more you do but the chances of an STI from many social verifications is relatively low.
I have loads of verifications as I have been going to large socials. I'm just not displaying them all now. Does that make me a better, safer bet? |

Logistically one would think so , but right from the start , we decided a visit to our local gum clinic would be wise . We explained what we intended to do etc.... So after a long chat with them we had the hep jabs and boosters and go every 6 weeks , full checks etc. So far , maybe we are just lucky , but we haven't had a single problem . Our awareness of the risks means we are as careful as anyone can be . |

A lot of our veris are from people we have just chatted to at parties and clubs, and some are from playing, but surely the whole point is to show to others that you are genuine, and will turn up for meets.
We have been let down by quite a few time wasters, and now if they have no veris we won't bother. And let's face it, they are easy to get, even just from socials etc.
As for risks, of course there are certain risks attached to this lifestyle. But you can manage those risks, and if anyone is so worried about that, don't do it! |

maybe they are put off by their own feelings of inadequacy or not being up to the task.
remember a lot are still hung up and sex is scary. |

I've been interrogated by men wanting to know how many men I've met from here and when was the last time I had sex. I've had some change their tune when I've been totally honest with them. I prefer people without dozens and dozens personally. But that's because I'm not really interested in someone who's just looking to get their leg over (there's nothing wrong with that, it's just not what I'm looking for).
I do glance down them and see what they're for. Someone with 50 references about what a nice penis he has is less attractive to me than someone who has 40 references from social events and 10 about his penis. |

We have loads of veri's, sometimes though they can be from parties where we get maybe 8 in one go or from repeat meets. Either way we feel it shows we meet and play, You either like our profile or you don't |

I always find this a bit annoying. Probably 80% of mine come from social events which I enjoy going to band you meet lots of people that way and get lots of veris normally. Saying that I don't think it's really effected me or at least I don't know that it has and so it doesn't worry in that sense. If someone said it then I'd be a bit more annoyed I guess. |

Well I had the same this one meet that I had met took the huff because I had met a few guys in one week and then was asking me was it safe sex ?? Actually no ones bloody business then proceeded to tell me I'm oh so too good for that and need to think higher of myself I love mine and hubby's sex life and that's what counts but to be honest I was offended never less I did have a naughty week was worth it hubby loved it so stuff it but I'm now wary of putting up verifications left me rattled a bit  |
