You know you're right but others are sceptical

So a couple of years ago walking through the woods at Burnham Beeches I saw a big black cat - looked like a cougar (no, not THAT type of cougar!) or similar.

Now I KNOW what I saw and it was definitely a big wild animal (big cat) but everyone I've told either doesn't believe me or thinks my eyes played tricks on me.

So what do you KNOW you saw but others don't believe you?

Away with the fairies (Liverpool to you)

I would love to see a big cat so I am very jealous

When we go for walks in the woods I sometimes wonder if I will see a bear or wolf but I never have so far.....

Titz Towers, North Notts

Coming back off nights when I used to build cars for a living (badly), I once saw something bigger than a dog and pure white bolt across the road. It was probably just a big dog, but I'm not sure.

I can't imagine you doing anything like that.....In my head you have a glamorous job, not sure what exactly but I do know it would involve looking sassy

If you Read more about that thou the Idea Sounds entertaining to bring wolves back For some the chance,s of It happening are slim, they need big areas to roam freely and If any breach The area and start killing landowners Sheep It won,t be good news for the Wolves.. we have recently had beever Introduced back here for the first Time In a long time their In the best Habitat they can be here not sure What The future holds for them here.. But I feel personally better than any The wolve,s have got.

I swear I saw something that to me looked like a Black Panther in the country lanes around Swanley village in Kent about 10 years ago. Was literally 10 feet from my car, crossing from the woods on one side into the fields on the other. Everyone tells me I must have imagined it, but it seemed real enough to me and scared the crap out of me.

Yes we have had reportings of these big black Cats In derbyshire In recent years and They are often reported elsewhere In The country over a period of time It does make you wonder where these big cats go lay up If an unfortunate Drifter or tramp cornered one the Out come could be a fatal one for the Person Involved then measures would have to come In to control which I hope never happens what surprise,s me Is Is that they manage to break all Contact away from humans If the cats Population does not get bigger It can Only be good news I,m sure..

My Own Little World

I remember years back when I lived in Hackney East London, sighting of a lioness loose on the streets. It was all over the local news, police asking people to stay indoors.

Turned out to be a ginger moggy

Probably a young deer. I have seen them early in the morning, and at first glance I thought it must be a great dane, as you don't get deer so close to our houses. Apparently we do, they come down off the moors and come into the woods at the back of our house.
