They are just small blood vessels which become engorged due to straining. They are not contagious, infected or a sign of poor hygiene so what's the big deal?!
When it comes down to it, not so very different to a penis really except you don't have to strain for that to become engorged with blood!!! |

When you've had enormous children, hypothyroidism and diabetes, or your parents / ancestors had them you're gonna get them. They're perfectly natural.
As someone who's had them "done" that process is a lot worse than you could ever imagine. I didn't ask for them, I can't do anything about them. They don't affect my ability to have sex except that anal is never gonna be possible.
