If ever proof were required that the authorites/powers that be/govt appointed quangos/cronies were corrupt and self centred.

I'm not a Blair defender - he is a Tory wearing a red rose but if he's done something to deserve the honour then fine. However, I cannot work out how Save the Children decided to honour him. Baffling. |

Bliar won't declare his businesses interests in the middle east... What's to hide ? He slapped a 100 year D-notice on Dunblaine...what's to hide ? The guys a monstrosity . |

He did get the good friday agreement in Ireland/Northern Ireland which is now on the road to lasting peace there, but i agree should never have been given the Middle East peace envoy title looking at his history especially in Iraq, that one really baffled me. |

He did get the good friday agreement in Ireland/Northern Ireland which is now on the road to lasting peace there, but i agree should never have been given the Middle East peace envoy title looking at his history especially in Iraq, that one really baffled me. "
Living in Northern Ireland...we are a long long way off peace, shootings, bomb scares, ambushes etc...

I said on the road to lasting peace, surely the good friday agreement was a step in the right direction?
Agree though there is still some way to go. I'm no Labour party supporter, in fact the Labour party would be the last party i would consider voting for now. |
