For me cheese on toast with fresh tomatoes grilled on top and a dash of Worcester sauce takes some beating ! I've just had some and it was bloody lovely !

Closely followed by stew and dumplings either with crusty bread to dip in the gravy or served in a large Yorkshire pudding!

What do you eat that comforts you?

Cheese toastie done in a toastie machine so the cheese all runs out when you bite into it.

A roast dinner as we often work weekends so rarely get a Sunday roast so when we do it's the ultimate comfort

Lasagne, baked potatoes, corned beef hash, chip shop sausage and chips, fajitas, bubble and squeak, cheese and potato pie, toasted cheese sandwiches with pickled onìons.

Currently, nothing! Comfort eating is what got me fat! Now I'm eating what my body needs to be healthy and my muscles need to grow.

Previously my answer would be stew and dumplings!! Yum x
