In your hypothetical situation it's disease free.
Ok - so what about birth control?
I assume all the guys saying yes would have the utmost faith in the women they'd never met before and wouldn't worry about getting a PM in a few months with some good news?

sorry but bareback is disease free if you take care of your sexual health and you know the other person has as well.However the woman would have to take the pill or another form contraception.The real question is that no amount of protection is going to protect you 100% all the time so even though you are using condoms etc now there is still a risk you could catch something |

Do you get tested after every single sexual encounter and refrain between test results. If not, those STD certs are not worth the paper they are printed on. Do GUM clinics even hand out certificates, our local one doesn't, the results are given by phone. |

I /we get tested every 28 days and certed at a cost of £30 each which we reclaim when doing our tax as its our work, even so I'm a fussy sod and like to be first lol.
A test is only good on the day of the test and when you get that cert a week later its not worth the paper its wrote on, I/we only do this with trusted people also certed monthly.
In 18 years we have never caught anything...touch wood but it could happen, the main reason for regular tests is that if there was an outbreak its easy to track and treat people.
