So I'm on day 4 of not smoking!
Would like to say that is was an easy decision to make, but was struck down by a very chest infection and smoking was and still is the last thing on my mind!
Going to keep at it though and not return to the expense cigarettes! |

Thank you everyone, I'm too poorly at the moment to even miss smoking, no cravings as yet, but plan on using the Ecig if I do get any cravings.

Its taken over several years for smokers To get the message after the smoking Ban But Its been worth the wait to see more People everywhere now giveing up Smokeing, so best of luck for trying

yes I believe so before the smokeing ban came Into force thou health warnings Were Issued about smokeing and what damage It could do people never seemed To never take any notice of the real Issues, there were as many smokers as there had always been, but there seems To have been a concerted drive to halt this and I,m sure people realise the benefits more which I,m sure ties In with the new smokeing laws in july 2007 comeing Into force "Its really Made people think more" the more e-cigs about thou I know are not totally Drug free they are the first step Hopefully away from smokeing. |
