I think it's very difficult. We have steps right back from the scene as it was becoming too much - we are only having one meet/night out a month now maximum and it's doing us good but I don't think we could ditch it all together and I think it would be really hard to have a monogamous relationship |

Sure. I had a woman f/b back in the late80s. Her husband knew about us, knew me and did his own extra marital games.
After a couple of years they decided to start a family and stop swinging. They now have two grown up kids and no intention of going back to swinging. |
