There's this pornstar called Alexis Silver, I remember the first time I saw something of hers, I thought she looked nice but as soon as she started talking I was like 'wow!' Not super husky voice, but definitely more than average and it sounded so sexy. |

I don't know the womans name but she is the actress in Coronation Street who works in the pub ?? Liz somebody ? she has a husky voice but it does seem to have come from smoking would you say ? whereas Marielle Frostrup and the like are more naturally husky ? |

Beverly Callard...yes, definitely from smoking as is Mariella Frostrup's.
Having said that I've known a few women who have husky voices who have never smoked...and women who smoke but don't have husky voices at all.

Husky voiced women are fabulous. Love Sherry Stringfield's voice ( Susan Lewis in ER ). Howabout Kathleen Turner, voice of the sexiest bunny girl ever, Jessica Rabbit?
And try Iranian actress Shohreh Aghdashloo - a voice so deep and husky it'll send a shiver down your pants (well, down mine anyway ).
