Mince in the microwave?

Come home early to do a load of lasagne for my tea and the freezer. Started chopping the onion only to realise I hadn't got the mince out of the freezer!

Yes. Use the defrost setting

Yrs but be careful because it starts to cook and end's up in big lumps. And that's on defrost

I defrost using 40% power cycle for as long as t takes (probably 5-10 mins). Turn and separate regularly

Do it gently so it doesn't cook. It can be done though.

You can then at the end i put it in a tub and leave it in cold water for 30mins so the heat doesnt start to cook it
