Spare ribs

Beef chow mein

Crispy duck or any duck dish

Sweet and sour pork balls

House special fried rice

Shrimp fried rice

Lol mine, I usually think of Chinese chips different to normal chips as they make them chunky and maybe fried in different kind of oil as tastes different. Don't know if anyones else see's it the same?

Peking Duck.

Also like Crispy Shredded chilli beef, Beef Chow Mein and Sweet and Sour Pork Hong Kong style - with Egg Fried Rice.

Dim Sum ..... you get to try everything and don't end up looking at someone else's plate and thinking "theirs looks nicer than mine, i wish i'd had that instead"

East Lancashire

Noodles, with crispy chilli beef and satay sauce. Don't exactly go together, but I love the taste of the beef, with the hotness of the chilli....and the tang of peanut butter from the sauce gives it a little twist.
